Criminal Prosecution Against Vardan Ghukasian's Son Suspended

The criminal case against Spartak Ghukasian, the son of Vardan Ghukasian, a member of the National Assembly from the Prosperous Armenia faction and former mayor of Gyumri, has been terminated, and the criminal prosecution has been suspended. This was reported by the military investigation department of the investigative committee in response to a written inquiry from Hetq.

Spartak Ghukasian was accused of illegal exemption from compulsory military service. The criminal case against him was dismissed due to the absence of criminal offense.
