Video: 1000 Drams from Each Customer to Hotel Employee - Prostitution Case Revealed
Recently, the police received operational information that an employee of one of the hotel complexes in the village of Mayisyan, Shirak province, has been engaging in prostitution since 2019 by regularly inviting prostitutes to the restaurant and taking 1000 drams from the amounts received.
The police's information and public relations department reports that the main directorate of criminal police, the Shirak regional directorate, and the officers from the Mush and Akhuryan divisions carried out extensive measures in this direction.
During the preparation of materials at the Mush division of the police, a resident of Gyumri was summoned. She reported that since May 2019, she had been engaged in prostitution and had reached a preliminary agreement with the hotel employee in Mayisyan village that if hotel customers wished to use the services of a prostitute, the employee would call her to come to the hotel and have sexual intercourse with the customer. According to the agreement, the woman was to transfer 1000 drams from each customer to the hotel employee.
The summoned woman also stated that during the period from May to December 2019, she provided sexual services to approximately 15 to 20 customers at the mentioned hotel, leading to her transferring about 120,000 drams to the hotel employee during that period.
Similar explanations were given by 5 other residents of Gyumri. The police identified the hotel employee's identity and place of residence. She confessed at the police station that she had such an arrangement with the women, receiving 1000 drams from each meeting. A criminal case has been initiated by the Mush division of the police regarding the matter. The investigation is ongoing.
