Court Hearing in the Case of Robert Kocharyan and Others Did Not Take Place
WRed
The court hearing in the case of the second president Robert Kocharyan and others did not take place due to the absence of a translator. The session was effectively postponed before it could start.
As Judge Anna Danibekyan announced, a message was received from translator Zovinar Torosyan shortly before the session, stating that she could not attend. The court was also unable to secure a translator in a short period of time.
Considering that it is impossible to conduct the hearing without a translator (the translator provides interpretation for the defendant Yuri Khachaturov), the judge postponed the session. The hearing will take place on February 25 at 1:00 PM.
