According to the information received moments ago, discussions are also underway regarding his successor. Our sources indicate that Jalal Harutyunyan, who has served as the head of the Artsakh Defense Army's staff since 2018, is poised to take over the commander’s position.
There are also talks regarding the dismissal of other officials within the Armed Forces of Armenia, specifically the military police chief Arthur Baghdasaryan. It’s noteworthy that today a consultation was called by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on this matter, attended by David Tonoyan and the Chief of the Armed Forces Staff Artak Davtyan.
