Armen Sarkissian Meets with WHO Director-General

During a working visit to Munich, the President of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, met with the Director-General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

The WHO Director-General presented the situation created in the world as a result of coronavirus, including associated risks and the measures being implemented to combat and prevent the spread of the virus. In this context, the interlocutors also discussed Armenia, noting that serious steps are being taken to prevent the coronavirus infection from entering the country.
