Video: Footage of Major Car Accident Involving ‘Yashik’ and Nissan in Yerevan Released, 5 Injured
Exclusive footage of a major car accident that occurred in Yerevan on February 14 has been released, captured by a camera.
According to Shamshyan.com, it has been determined that the Mercedes G55 involved in the accident was driven by 24-year-old Gor Nalbandyan, a resident of Yerevan, while the parked BMW belonged to 38-year-old Andranik Vardanyan from Ararat Province.
Those injured and taken to the hospital were passengers in the Nissan: 28-year-old Armen Mkrtchyan, 29-year-old Davit Vardanyan, and 28-year-old Gayane Sargsyan, as well as two passengers from the ‘Yashik’: 24-year-old Hayk Karapetyan and 25-year-old Marat Khachatryan, all residents of Yerevan. The latter were transported to the ‘Erebuni’ medical center. The police are currently working to identify the driver of the Nissan.
Yesterday, on February 14, a significant car collision occurred in Yerevan around 16:10 on Bagratuniats Boulevard, where a Mercedes G55 with license plate 35 XF 623 collided with a Nissan March bearing license plate 35 TF 824. As a result of the collision, the ‘Yashik’ overturned, while the Nissan continued forward and crashed into a parked BMW X5 with license plate 36 FV 967 in the permissible area of the road.
