According to the collected evidence, a lecturer from Yerevan State University received amounts ranging from $1,000 to $8,000 from several citizens between 2017 and 2019, citing connections with competent individuals endowed with teaching and administrative powers in various higher educational institutions, in exchange for engaging in blatant illegal actions for them or for persons they represented.
In particular, the lecturer received these amounts for violations of established procedures for university admissions, securing positive assessments for ongoing intermediate examinations, enrolling in the master's program within the state order framework, and resolving similar matters with the relevant officials, in some cases also through intermediaries.
