VIDEO: Fugitive Minor Arrested in Armenia After Attack in Los Angeles
A minor who attacked a man in Los Angeles on January 1 has been arrested in Armenia. According to Los Angeles Times, three men followed the victim in a vehicle, and later, when he stopped, one of them struck the driver violently on the head. The man lost consciousness and fell to the ground, while the assailants fled the scene. He was hospitalized but has not regained consciousness and remains in a coma.
Efforts are underway to return the minor to the United States. Another suspect, Robert Hovhannisyan, has not been returned from Armenia as he did not physically engage in the assault on the driver.
It is worth noting that earlier, the Los Angeles police announced that they were searching for three Armenians involved in the January 1 attack.
