Tragic Collision Near Pskov: Truck and Minibus Crash Claims 8 Lives
A major accident occurred near Pskov, Russia, at 00:29 Moscow time. A passenger minibus bearing Ukrainian license plates collided with a Volvo truck.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, all 8 individuals aboard the minibus lost their lives. They were citizens of Ukraine. Two more passengers, one from Belarus and another from Ukraine, were seriously injured.
A criminal case has been opened regarding the accident.
