Rabid Dogs Attack My Sister's 10-Year-Old Son: MP Sounds Alarm

On February 12, during the day, five rabid dogs attacked my sister's 10-year-old son near the Lasyan/Teryan intersection in Vanadzor, throwing him to the ground. This was reported by MP Armen Yeghiazaryan from the "Bright Armenia" faction on his Facebook page.

Fortunately, several teenagers noticed the incident and, risking their own safety, freed the child from the rabid dogs by throwing stones at them. To alleviate the child’s shock from the fear he experienced, medical intervention was necessary, and he was given a sedative.

“What should we do to prevent such incidents from happening again? I expect a prompt response from the Vanadzor City Hall and an urgent resolution to this issue. We cannot allow such an incident to recur, which could have had a different outcome if the teenagers hadn’t come to the rescue…” Yeghiazaryan stated.
