The 'Center for Truthful Citizens' has released a video on the topic of 'The History of Cognac Factory Privatization'.

'The years of Robert Kocharian's presidency were a time of nationalist propaganda in Armenia. However, Robert Kocharian, who was notable for promoting the national value system, privatized the cognac factory, considered a 'national asset', just about two months after taking office as President of Armenia, under very fast and suspicious conditions,' noted the Center for Truthful Citizens.
