Video: 38-Year-Old Man Admits to Stealing Woman's Purse and Mobile Phone

On February 5, a report was received at the Artashat division of the police stating that a young man had openly stolen a woman's purse and mobile phone on August 23 Street in the city. A task force was dispatched to the scene to clarify the circumstances of the incident, and search operations began.

The investigation concluded with the apprehension of a 38-year-old man from the village of Dvin on February 6. Following a series of interviews, he voluntarily presented himself to the Artashat police station and provided a confession.

Measures are being taken to recover the stolen items, and the circumstances of the incident are under investigation.
