Mercedes Side Mirrors Theft Uncovered

The prevention and detection of thefts of personal property, including from vehicles, is one of the primary tasks of the police. Another incident was recorded on February 8 in the Central administrative district.

According to a report received by the Central Police Department, side mirrors of a parked Mercedes car were stolen from the yard of a building on Nalbandyan Street during the night.

In this case, the criminal investigators from the Central Police not only uncovered the crime but also discovered the stolen items by following fresh traces. Hours after the report, they determined that the mirrors were taken by an 18-year-old young man living in the Sari Tagh neighborhood. He was found in Sari Tagh and was taken into custody by the Central Police.

Soon, the stolen mirrors were also recovered. The circumstances of the case are being clarified. An investigation is underway.
