Video: Citizen Threatens to Jump from Tower

On February 8, at 15:44, the National Crisis Management Center received information that a citizen had climbed onto a tower located near the railway station in Artashat, Ararat Province, and was threatening to commit suicide by jumping from the tower.

Emergency responders from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, along with an instructor from the Psychological Support Division of the Medical Services Department, were dispatched to the scene. The instructor established contact with the citizen, Garniq P. (born in 1993), and provided psychological support.

The citizen voluntarily descended from the tower.
