Truck Blocks Spandaryan-Gorayk Road in Both Directions
On February 8, at 17:05, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a truck had taken a straddle position on the Spandaryan-Gorayk road, blocking it in both directions.
A combat unit from the Fire and Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that several vehicles were accumulating in the road section.
