Later on February 7, at 23:40, the Martuni division of the police received another hospital report stating that four citizens had been admitted with the diagnosis of "acute exogenous poisoning of unknown etiology." Investigations showed that family members were poisoned around 21:00 due to carbon monoxide emitted from their kitchen water heater in the village of Nerk’in Getashen.

On the same day, at 18:40, the Artashat division of the police received information from a hospital about seven citizens being treated for carbon monoxide poisoning. Community police officers dispatched to the hospital clarified that the affected individuals, five of whom were minors, were poisoned due to gas seeping into the kitchen from a gas stove and boiler in one of the houses in the village of Voskebaz.

In all cases, forensic examinations have been ordered, and materials are being prepared for further investigation.
