Fire at a Hotel in Yerevan
On February 7, at 04:48 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received a notification about a fire that broke out in the basement of the "Israel Ori" hotel located at 42 Proshyan Street in Yerevan.
A response team of six firefighting units from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Yerevan Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene with a complexity rating of "Level 2,” along with an operational group from the firefighting and rescue operations organization department.
The fire was contained at 05:51 AM and extinguished by 06:11 AM. The sauna area, covering 6 square meters, was completely burned, and a portion of the lobby, approximately 40 square meters, was damaged along with its furnishings. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.
