Nairi Hunanyan's Letter to Nikol Pashinyan Sent to NSS
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has forwarded a letter from Nairi Hunanyan, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the October 27 case, to the Prosecutor General of Armenia. This information was confirmed in a conversation with News.am by Aravik Khachatryan, the head of the Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor General's Office.
She added that the letter directed to the Prime Minister by Nairi Hunanyan has been received and sent to the National Security Service of Armenia for examination within the framework of the resumed investigation into the separated part of the October 27 case.
It is worth mentioning that on January 17, information was circulated that Nairi Hunanyan, sentenced to life imprisonment for the October 27 case, had written a letter to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. In the letter, he welcomed the decision to resume the preliminary investigation into the separated part of the case and expressed his readiness to participate in the investigation, promising to spare no effort in assisting with the identification of the organizers.
It should be noted that the separated part of the October 27 case concerns the organizers and sponsors of the terrorism. The proceedings of this case were terminated on November 11, 2004.
