Ara Babloyan at the Special Investigative Service

The former Speaker of the National Assembly, Ara Babloyan, was present at the Special Investigative Service today, January 31.

He declined to answer reporters' questions. News.am reports this information.

The Special Investigative Service refused to provide commentary on the case regarding why Babloyan was summoned.

It is noteworthy that Ara Babloyan is accused under Article 300 and Part 1 of Article 314 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, which involves usurping the powers of the Constitutional Court along with a group of officials, as well as committing official forgery.
