Woman Threatens to Blow Up Aircraft with 159 Passengers in Moscow
Police have detained a woman who threatened to blow up a plane at Domodedovo Airport, TASS reports.
According to a source within law enforcement, no dangerous items were found on her. “The woman is currently in custody. No explosives or explosive materials have been found on her. Preliminary reports indicate that she was intoxicated,” the source told the agency.
He added that there were 195 people on board the aircraft, and all of them are now exiting the cabin. An investigation has been launched regarding the incident.
Earlier, it was reported that an S7 airline plane had landed in Domodedovo from Simferopol. One of the female passengers threatened to blow up the plane. The crew reported the situation to the authorities, and police are currently working at the scene.
