National Assembly to Convene Extraordinary Session

The National Assembly of Armenia will convene an extraordinary session. This is reported by the official website of the parliament.

“According to the decision of the Chairman of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan, in accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 41 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, an extraordinary session will be convened on February 6 at 11:00 AM, initiated by the deputies of the National Assembly. The agenda includes:

• Amendments and supplements to the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly
• Amendments and supplements to the Constitutional Law on Referendum
• Amendments and supplements to the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court

These drafts will be considered in the first and second readings,” the statement says.
