Video: Marukyan Responds to Azerbaijani Delegate
Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the Bright Armenia party and a member of the Armenian delegation to the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, who was recently elected as the first deputy chair of the Human Rights and Legal Affairs Committee, has responded to an Azerbaijani delegate during his speech. He shared this video on his Facebook page, stating, "The Azerbaijani delegate was stubbornly blue."
