Meeting of Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Has Begun

The meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov, has begun in Geneva. The meeting is being held with the mediation and participation of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group: Igor Popov (Russia), Stéphane Visconti (France), Andrew Schofer (USA), and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk.
