Identity of Those Who Fired Shots in Yerevan at Night Revealed; Police Searching for Firearms
On January 28, at 10:00 PM, a report was received at the Malatia police department that gunshots had been heard near buildings 29 and 12 in the second district of Ararat.
The press service of the RA Police informs that operational group officers who arrived at the scene discovered various caliber cartridges and a factory-numbered gas pistol without a magazine.
Thanks to the operational-investigative measures taken by the detectives of Malatia, it has been established that shots were fired during a dispute that arose near the address 7/7 Vantyan Street at around 9:30 PM. The identities of those involved in the conflict are known.
Examinations have been appointed. Measures are being taken to find all participants in the incident and the firearms used in the crime. Materials are being prepared.
Earlier, it was reported that law enforcement discovered cartridges fired from a pistol and a submachine gun, bullets, and unfired cartridges at the scene of the gunfire.
