Fire Breaks Out in Malishka Village, Rescuers on Site

On January 29 at 19:05, a call was received at the 911 emergency hotline reporting a fire outbreak in Malishka village, Vayots Dzor region. Two firefighting teams from the regional emergency rescue department were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the fire had started in a livestock barn adjacent to one of the houses on 3rd Street in Malishka (30 sq.m). The fire was contained at 20:45 and extinguished by 21:15. The wooden structural elements of the barn's roof covering burned, totaling approximately 20 sq.m., as well as 40 units of stored animal feed, around 30 boards, 25 asbestos sheets affected by heat, and 240 units of animal feed.
