The Armenian Army is the Result of Our People's Struggle and Unified Efforts: Hrayr Tovmasyan

Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan has sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian army.

The message is presented below:

“Dear compatriots,
I congratulate all of us on the occasion of the Day of the Armenian Army. This symbolic day is not only a great opportunity to express gratitude and congratulations to all our servicemen—soldiers, officers, and generals—but also to remember the glorious history of our struggle for the Artsakh defense, the protection of the borders of Armenia, and the fight for our country’s independence and freedom, where each episode is a unique manifestation of pride and heroism.

The Armenian army is the result of our people's struggle and unified efforts, in which our national aspirations, as well as our efforts to build a country governed by democracy and the rule of law, are encapsulated in every new success.

This day has become a celebration at the cost of our nation's children’s lives. Eternal glory to our brave sons who dedicated their lives to the defense of the homeland.

This day is a celebration thanks to our soldiers and officers who ensure the inviolability of our country's borders. I wish strength and peaceful service to all our servicemen. God protect you, boys.”
