I Am Not Going to Detail What Is Happening in the Army: Sasun Mikayelyan
“It’s not a time to assess the armament. I want to congratulate our entire Armenian nation. I bow before the families of all the fallen. Glory and honor to our heroes. Today our army is already 28 years old, and this is thanks to their lives, blood, and ideals,” said Sasun Mikayelyan, President of the Union of Armenian Volunteers and Deputy of the National Assembly, during a conversation with journalists at Yerablur.
He emphasized the need for unity and solidarity in order to realize the words of the commander, that the 21st century should belong to us.
When asked what work is being done to strengthen the army, Mikayelyan mentioned, “There are always activities in the army and there will always be. The army is being replenished, everything is being done. I am not going to detail what is happening in the army right now.”
