How the Visit to Artsakh was Cancelled: Tonoyan

Recently, Defense Minister David Tonoyan addressed rumors that he and the Prime Minister were supposed to be in Artsakh today, but the visit was canceled. He stated, “How was the visit to Artsakh canceled? Who says that something was planned and canceled today?”

In response to the question of whether the visit would take place after all, he said, “I cannot disclose the Prime Minister's movements, but rest assured, we will celebrate with great grandeur.”
