As of 08:30, There Are Closed and Difficult-to-Navigate Roads

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of January 28 at 08:30, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roadways in the territory of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed to trucks and difficult to navigate for passenger vehicles. The Sotk-Karabakh highway is impassable for all types of vehicles. In the Syunik province, there are patches of black ice on all roads.

According to information received from the emergencies departments of Georgia and the North Ossetia Crisis Management Center in Russia, the Stepanatsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
