Hrayr Tovmasyan Requests to Prepare Lawsuit: Amram Makinyan on Prime Minister's Presented Fact
The President of the Constitutional Court, Hrayr Tovmasyan, has read Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's "disproportionate blow" and has requested us to prepare the lawsuit. This was stated by Hrayr Tovmasyan's lawyer, Amram Makinyan, on his Facebook page.
Earlier, Hrayr Tovmasyan had issued a statement demanding that Nikol Pashinyan publicly cite at least one credible fact, one objective factual data, showing that he, since May 2018, has ever directly or indirectly, face-to-face or through intermediaries offered "his services" to anyone from the government or any representative of his. He stated: "From this moment on, I will patiently wait for exactly 20 days for Pashinyan to announce any objective fact that substantiates his words, any reliable evidence. Should he fail to do so, I will ask my lawyers to file a defamation lawsuit against Nikol Pashinyan."
