Emotional, Aggressive Leadership Poses Dangers, Says Arthur Vanetsyan

Former Director of the National Security Service Arthur Vanetsyan made a post on his Twitter microblog, stating that the country's security is above everything.

“Emotional, aggressive leadership carries risks and can lead to highly undesirable consequences. The security of the country is above everything and everyone, and it cannot be based on rash decisions and emotional outbursts. Dismissing everything lightly is unacceptable,” wrote Vanetsyan.
