Citizen Attempts Suicide by Cutting Wrist with Razor

On January 24, at 14:47, the 911 emergency service received a report that a resident of an apartment on the first floor of building number 3 on Fuchik Street in Yerevan had attempted suicide by cutting his wrist with a razor.

Emergency services from the Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched a fire and rescue team, an operational group from the National Crisis Management Center, and an instructor from the medical support department's psychological assistance division to the scene.

It was revealed that the resident of apartment number 3 on the second lane of Fuchik Street, Kamo M. (born in 1966), had inflicted injuries on himself (including wounds to the head) and on his wrists by cutting his veins. The individual was hospitalized at the Armenia Medical Center, where doctors assessed his condition as stable.
