For Him, Insults in Parliament Are Normal. Danielyan on Marukyan

“Perhaps it was not exceptional for them, but the use of insults and physical threats in this hall has occurred for the first time. If you look at the videos and photos from that day, you will see that for that same person it was normal; he was enjoying it, following along with delight. However, it was necessary for the normal conduct of work in the sessions,” said Hamazasp Danielyan, a member of the ‘My Step’ faction, on January 23 in Parliament, referring to Edmon Marukyan’s statement that “sanctions are applied in exceptional cases.”

He noted that he will not respond to the opposition at least during the upcoming session.

Regarding the debates and disagreements occurring in the National Assembly, he emphasized that the most unacceptable for him is the repeated attempts to undermine the authority of the National Assembly and the Speaker of the National Assembly. “I am publicly proposing right now, it can be from inside or outside the National Assembly, let them take and follow how the Speaker of the National Assembly and the other conductors behave, whom they give more voice to, whom they do not interrupt throughout the entire session,” said Hamazasp Danielyan.
