“So what happens is that yesterday we demolished your speeches with all our arguments, and you understood that voting against this was going to create problems for you,” announced Ani Samsonyan, a member of the ‘Bright Armenia’ faction, after the failure to accept a draft decision to establish a parliamentary investigative committee to study the legality and corruption risks associated with the transfer of transport vehicles and property to the community of Yerevan by various entities since September 2018.

During her speech, members of the ‘My Step’ faction began to applaud.

The opposition parliamentarian continued her speech: “If you were so confident that what you mentioned today was unconstitutional, then as the ruling faction, you voted against unconstitutional phenomena. But as your prominent representative Hayk Konjoryan mentioned yesterday, in all your speeches, you showed your fears that you are afraid for us to discuss this issue,” she stated.
