Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that he does not consider the transition of Russia to a parliamentary system of governance to be appropriate. This information was reported by Interfax.
“Is its implementation possible for us? Theoretically, it is possible. Is it appropriate or not? Everyone has their own opinion on this matter. I believe it is not,” said Putin.
