Government and 'My Step' Support Petrosyan's Proposed Draft

The draft project proposed by BHK MP Gevorg Petrosyan has received approval from the ruling 'My Step' faction and the government. Previously, during one of his speeches, Petrosyan humorously remarked that he is the 'most ignorant' MP in the National Assembly, as none of his initiatives had been implemented.

This time, his draft concerns employee-employer relations. According to the draft, before an employer can reprimand an employee, they must request a written explanation from them. Petrosyan noted that currently, the written explanation is not mandatory, which creates a challenge in proving cases during subsequent legal disputes.

Karen Sarukhanyan, a member of the 'My Step' faction, announced that their faction's proposal has been accepted, and they are in favor of adopting the draft. A representative of the government also expressed support.
