VIDEO: Putin Awards Employees of Armenia's Ministry of Emergency Situations

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has awarded Major General Hamlet Mathevosyan, rector of the State Academy of Crisis Management of the MES, with a certificate for his "active participation in strengthening the military-political integration of CSTO member states."

In another decree, Putin awarded Arman Sargsyan, head of the international cooperation division in the development of emergency situations policy at the MES, with a medal for "strengthening collective security."

On January 21, MES Minister Felix Tsolakyan solemnly presented the medal and certificate to the employees.
