The character of Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan is such that it is impossible to protect or not protect him in any way. This was stated today, on January 20, by Galust Sahakyan, Vice-President of the Republican Party, during the funeral of former NSS Director Georgi Kutoyan, in response to the question of whether it is necessary to ensure the security of the Constitutional Court president.

“The character of Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan is such that it is impossible to protect or not protect him in any way. He is a free man and is moving towards freedom,” said Sahakyan.
