As the head of national security, I have recognized him. This was stated today by Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia party (BHK), during a conversation with journalists, commenting on the case of Gorog Koutoyan's death.

"I was aware, but I did not recognize him. Was I obliged to go? We haven't even greeted each other. We don't know the person, but we respected him. We only went as friends of Tigran Urikhanyan," said Tsarukyan.

Referring to Artur Vanetsyan, Tsarukyan stated, "There are talks that he is coming to BHK, but there is no such thing and it cannot happen; he himself has announced it."
