Kadyrov Comments on Reports of Appointment to Another Position

The President of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has denied reports suggesting that he is preparing to take on another position. Kadyrov made this statement during a discussion held with an expanded governmental composition, as reported by RIA Novosti.

“I have never been interested, and I am not currently interested in any work outside of Chechnya. I have never been offered another position. I want to complete my career in my homeland. I have no plans to ever leave,” said the President of Chechnya.
