Citizen Transferred to Hospital Due to Hit-and-Run Incident Has Died

A citizen who suffered injuries in a hit-and-run incident that occurred on January 14 has died in the hospital.

On January 14, around 7:00 PM, a driver of a "VAZ-2121" vehicle hit a 66-year-old citizen at the intersection of Andranik and Mikoyan streets in Yeghgnadzor. The victim was hospitalized with serious injuries.

On January 20, at 2 AM, the Yeghgnadzor hospital reported the death of Garik Vardanyan, aged 66, who had sustained injuries from the hit-and-run. The investigation is ongoing.
