Javakhk: The List of MPs Wanting to Leave the 'My Step' Faction Has Reached Pashinyan
The 'Javakhk' newspaper reports that details have emerged from the meeting between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and MPs from the 'My Step' faction of the National Assembly.
According to our information, Nikol Pashinyan mentioned that through these meetings, he will be able to understand who among the MPs is working and what activities they are engaged in within the parliament. Interestingly, there has been circulating information for a long time that there is a list of 20 MPs from the 'My Step' faction who wish to leave the faction. It seems that such conversations have also reached Nikol Pashinyan, and he has decided to gather all faction members to more seriously address his parliamentary team from now on.
The fact is, until now, information about the situation within the faction has only been reported to the Prime Minister by the faction leader Lilit Makunts and secretary Hakob Simidyans, but many do not accept them as leaders. This is precisely why he has decided to personally meet with the MPs so that they are accountable to him directly. We learned that almost all of the 'My Step' MPs were present at yesterday’s closed meeting. According to sources from the 'Javakhk' newspaper, the Prime Minister stated that they will meet more frequently moving forward.
