Arman Babajanyan: He Would Not Have Committed Suicide If He Had a Glimmer of Hope
Member of Parliament Arman Babajanyan has made a new statement regarding the death of former NSS Director Georgi Kutoyan. He emphasized, "Given the qualitative and moral characteristics of the person who held the position of NSS Director, one with adequate analytical abilities and accounting skills would never commit suicide if they had even a slight hope that Serzh Sargsyan and his political team, Robert Kocharyan with his finances and supporters, or Artem Vanezyan with his Russian connections and local newcomers could have a chance to overturn the course of the revolution and seize power.
However, the current government has double the responsibility when it comes to protecting such individuals. More on this later."
