Vanetsyan Visits Scene of Georgi Kutoyan's Death
Former NSS Director Arthur Vanetsyan has visited the residence of his colleague, former NSS Director Georgi Kutoyan, where the incident occurred hours earlier, reports 168.am. However, he did not enter the apartment as investigative actions were underway.
It was also reported that Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan has been seen crying near Kutoyan's apartment.
