Today Marks the Birthday of Hero Meruzhan Stepanyan, Who Died in the April War

Today, January 17, is the birthday of Senior Lieutenant Meruzhan Stepanyan, who fell during the April Four-Day War in 2016, posthumously awarded the 1st class Order of the Combat Cross. He would have turned 27 today.

Representatives of regional and municipal authorities, led by Shirak Governor Tigran Petrosyan, along with military personnel and others, laid flowers at the grave of the hero from Gyumri. This was reported by the Gyumri municipality, as stated by shantnews.am.
