Kutoyan Was Endowed with High Human and Professional Qualities: Ombudsman

It is very sad and incomprehensible from a human perspective what has occurred. This was stated by the Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan on his Facebook page.

"On behalf of the Human Rights Defender's staff and personally, I express my profound condolences to the family, relatives, and close ones of Gevorg Kutoyan in connection with his tragic death. Gevorg Kutoyan worked in the Office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia from 2006 to 2010. He was endowed with high human and professional qualities," he noted.
