Criminal Case Against Administrative Court Judge Artur Avagyan Dismissed

The staff of the Supreme Judicial Council’s press and public relations service has informed that the Special Investigative Service has dismissed the criminal case against the judge of the RA Administrative Court, Artur Avagyan, due to the absence of a crime.

At the same time, it has been reported that the preliminary investigation of the case has refuted the information disseminated in the media regarding the actions of Judge Artur Avagyan.
