Changes in Traffic Organization in Several Streets of Yerevan

The Traffic Police have announced that in order to improve pedestrian traffic safety and prevent road traffic accidents, changes have been made to traffic organization at the intersections of Artsakh Avenue with Ayvazovsky and Arin Berd in Yerevan.

As a result of the changes, the maximum permissible speed for vehicles traveling in both directions on the specified section of Artsakh Avenue has been set at 60 km/h, down from the previous limit of 70 km/h. Starting January 20, 2020, the operational mode of the speed camera in that area will be changed, and it will record violations by drivers exceeding the speed of 60 km/h.

Drivers are urged to be attentive, adhere to road traffic rules, and not exceed the maximum permissible speed limit.
