Casualties Reported from Rocket Attack on U.S. Bases in Iraq
On January 8, at least 11 individuals were injured as a result of a rocket attack by Iran on U.S. military bases in Iraq. This information was reported by Defense One, citing its sources.
The affected servicemen were transported to American military hospitals in Kuwait and the German city of Landstuhl.
It is noteworthy that on January 8, Iran launched a total of approximately 15 rockets targeting U.S. bases located in Iraq. On the same day, due to a military error, Iran also shot down a Ukrainian passenger plane, resulting in the deaths of all 176 passengers onboard.
