Dispute Occurs in Schoolyard; Injured Boys Taken to Hospital

Yesterday, on January 15, a dispute turned into a fight in Yerevan. Around 1:00 AM, the Armenia Medical Center notified the Mashtots Police Division that two individuals had been brought in with bodily injuries.

As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the operational group of the Mashtots Police Division, led by a senior investigator from the investigative department, went to the hospital. Police determined that one of the injured individuals, diagnosed with 'cranio-cerebral trauma and left temporal lobe contusion,' is 22-year-old Paruyr S. from the Davtashen administrative district, while the other injured, diagnosed with 'spinal injury,' is 18-year-old Vrej S.

While doctors were providing medical assistance to the injured, the personnel of the criminal investigation department of the Mashtots Police Division discovered through operational investigative measures that the altercation occurred in the yard of School No. 93 in the Davtashen administrative district. The injuries were inflicted by 18-year-olds Vache D. and Onik M., residents of Yerevan.

A forensic medical examination has been ordered by the investigator.
